Responsibilities:
• Preparation of monthly reports and variance analysis
• Budget and forecast reporting
• Liaise with auditor and tax authorities on statutory compliance matters
• Coordinate & ensure timely submission of all return
• Ensure proper control of cash inflows and outflows
• Review, Improve and ensure proper implementation of financial processes, policies and procedures
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations
• Any other tasks to be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related professional accounting qualification
• Familiar with Malaysian Accounting Standards, FRS and other relevant accounting and regulatory requirements
• Good communication skills, committed and strong sense of responsibility
• Able to multi-task and work independently
• Preferably with property related experience
• Minimum 4-5 years’ working experience in auditing/accounting
• Good command of English – both written and oral

Responsibilities:
• Budget planning, formulation and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the mall.
• Maintain good landlord-tenant relationships and work closely with tenants on marketing matters.
• Conceptual, plan and execute promotional campaigns and tenants related promotions.
• Develop and coordinate all advertising materials or related communications activities.
• Liaise with tenants, partners and supplier to develop joint business plan and promotions.
• Develop relationship with retailers and their various levels of Management to secure their commitment to the centre so that cross promotions can be cultivated.
• Handle Atrium promotions and leasing of atrium spaces, casual leasing for kiosks and advertising space.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Com or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in A&P / Marketing
• Good knowledge of the industry and the players.
• Possess skill of graphic design will be an advantage.
• A good team player and a self-starter with excellent communications, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Team oriented and able to work in minimal supervision.
• Possess good oral and written skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Chinese Dialects would be an advantage.
• Ability to multi-task and work on several projects at a time.

Responsibilities:
• Issuing and updating receipts & invoices.
• Processing and updating cheques payments.
• Checking and banking of cheques and cash collection.
• Updating of general ledger account.
• Performing bank reconciliation.
• Ensure smooth running of the accounts receivables.
• Review the company credit control procedure and develop and implement enhancements where required.
• To manage the outstanding turnover balances falling due and contact tenants before the balances become overdue to confirm payments.
• To handle full set of account, including preparation of management report and variance analysis.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess a Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Required skill(s): UBS Accounting Software.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in accounting functions or filed in a shopping mall, car park and debt collection experience will have an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills, attention to detail and meticulous.
• Reliable and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
• Possess good attitude and communication skills.
• Possess a basic understanding of accounting standard e.g Revenue recognition.

• Ability to perform administrative and transactional work with minimal supervision.
• Possess strong situational management skills. Ability to handle customers' complains and feedback well.
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle customers' enquiries and resolve complaints
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field.
• Required language(s): English.
• Passionate about customer service.
• At least 2 year(s) of similar experience.
• Possess initiative, independence and with a positive working attitude.
• Possess own transport and able to work in shift.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills is essential.
